Scheduled Delivery for Multi-Channel Fulfillment

When you receive an order via sales channels other than Amazon, you can use Scheduled Delivery Service for Multi-Channel Fulfillment to have the product delivered to the buyer on a date and time zone requested. Simply submit the information the buyer provided to Amazon to be filled.

How to submit a Scheduled Delivery Order

Follow the procedure below to submit a scheduled delivery order.

  1. Select Manage FBA Inventory from Inventory pull-down menu.
  2. Check the product you want to create a scheduled delivery order, then select Create Fulfillment Order.
  3. On the Multi-Channel Fulfillment Order page, fill in the required information.
  4. Under Choose a Shipping Speed, select Scheduled Delivery and click Change delivery time.

    A calendar will appear.

  5. Select a desired delivery date from the calendar.

    The deliverable date varies according to the product, destination, and date and time of the order submission. Note that only one delivery time can be selected per order. Repeat this process if you have more than one order to create.

  6. Click Place Order.

Note: Scheduled Delivery Service may temporarily be suspended due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Excluded regions

Scheduled delivery to Okinawa and remote islands is not available.


  • Order is unfillable with FBA Multi-Channel Service if the package exceeds 160 cm in total length of 3 sides or weight exceeds 25 kg.
  • Review the shipping information before you submit the order. Incorrect information such as invalid address or missing postal code will cause delay in delivery.
  • The delivery date and time cannot be changed once shipping process has started.
  • If the buyer is not present when the carrier attempts to deliver a shipment, the driver will leave a delivery note and take the shipment back to their local storage. If the buyer does not contact the carrier within two days, the shipment will be sent back to Amazon fulfillment center.
  • Order may not be deliverable on the scheduled date due to bad traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact Seller Support if the shipment does not arrive as scheduled.
