When the buyer returns a product for reasons beyond their control, such as damage during shipping, poor quality, or wrong item, please refund the customs duties.
If the buyer returns a product for their own reasons, they are responsible for the customs duties. After the returned product is received, deduct the customs duties from the amount and refund the difference.

Although a telephone number is required for overseas shipping, it may not always be displayed. The following delivery companies can deliver without the buyer's telephone number:
