Sent messages to a buyer bounce as error. What should I do?

Possible reasons why the buyer cannot receive email are listed below:

  • There is an error in the buyer's registered email address
  • The buyer's email client mailbox is full
  • The buyer is configuring their settings for receiving email

If the error is caused by a full mailbox, waiting and resending the email may resolve the problem. Please try sending the email again.
If the same error message is returned even after resending the email, the buyer can find the seller's email address in Your Account by logging into their buyer account.

If information needed for shipping cannot be confirmed with the buyer and the order cannot be processed, inform the buyer of the problem and the deadline for response by email. If there is no response after the deadline, consider canceling the order.
