Although there are several reasons for display issues with an image, the most common reasons are the product has no product code (JAN code) or the product needs an approval before you can list. If you are having a problem with adding an image, read below examples and ensure that all the requirements are met.
When you add an image while creating a new listing, file name will be displayed in the Image Management window but the image cannot be previewed. The image will become viewable when product listing is complete. If you see the message "being processed in the background", that means your image has been added successfully.
Alternatively, you can first create the product page before you add the image, by following the procedure below. Note that it can take up to 24 hours before the image appears on the website.
See this Help page for details on products requiring approval.
See this Help page for details on products codes including JAN and UPC.
