Note: All listings and products must comply with all laws and regulations.
  • Certain tobacco-related products such as:
    • Ashtrays
    • Cigar cutters
    • Cigarette paper
    • Hookahs
    • Humidors
    • Lighters
    • Tobacco pipes
    • Heat-Not-Burn cigarette accessories
  • Collectibles that do not contain tobacco
  • Smoking cessation products that are approved for over-the-counter use, such as nicotine gum and patches

Examples of Prohibited Listings

  • Tobacco, or any product that contains tobacco, such as:
    • Paper-wrapped cigarette
    • Cigars
    • Dipping tobacco
    • Nicogel
    • Heat-Not-Burn cigarettes
    • Smokeless tobacco
  • Electronic cigarettes (“E-cigarettes”) that contain nicotine or other pharmaceutical ingredients and related products:
    • E-cigarettes
    • Liquid for E-cigarettes (containing nicotine, other pharmaceutical ingredients or a medical claim)
    • E-Hookahs
    • Electronic pipes
    • Electronic cigars
    • Nicotine nebulizers and similar products
    • Accessories for such products, such as:
      • Replacement cartridges
      • Atomizers
      • Chargers
      • Clearomizers
      • Smoke juice or similar refill liquids
  • Nicotine inhalers or nasal sprays
  • Smoking cessation products that have not been approved for sale in Japan, such as:
    • Tabex

  • Smokeless tobacco products such as:
    • Arriva products (Tobacco tablet)
    • Chew
    • Chewing tobacco
    • Dip (a kind of shredded tobacco)
    • Dissolvable tobacco
    • Snuff
    • Snus (a kind of chewing tobacco)
    • Wad
  • Drug paraphernalia, such as:
    • Bongs and all related accessories
    • Vaporizers and all related accessories
    • Pipes made from metal, most woods, acrylic, glass, stone, plastic, or ceramic
    • "Rose in a Glass" pipes and similar products
    • Wired cigarette papers
  • Products produced from marijuana which possession, etc. are prohibited by law, e.g., products containing tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
  • Cannabidiol (CBD) products that THC contamination has been discovered in the past (including products of the same brand and series).
