*Customer Returns for Multi-Channel Fulfillment orders is for sellers who want to have customers return merchandise to Amazon fulfillment centers. (This feature is in beta phase). Customers must contact the seller and cannot request return authorization online through Amazon. The seller create a return request and send a link of a return label to the buyer. The buyer prints the label to return the product. For details, see this help page.
**Regarding oversize items: Products that will not fit in a 92cm×40cm×35cm box will be shipped in a box with the Amazon.co.jp logo (brand-neutral boxes cannot be selected).
***Packing slip is not available for oversize items and other certain items. Therefore, the text comments and messages are not applicable for those items.
These shipments are sent at the merchant's request to fulfill orders placed anywhere other than the Amazon.co.jp Marketplace (for example, an order placed on your own website). These fulfillment orders do not qualify for free domestic shipping (subject to exceptions) or Amazon.co.jp Customer Service and may have other service differences including the following:
