Streaming Media Players
Products offered for sale on Amazon should not promote, suggest the facilitation of, or actively enable the infringement of or unauthorized access to digital media or other protected content. Any streaming media player or other device that violates this policy is prohibited from sale on Amazon.
It is your responsibility to source and sell products that do not promote, promise the facilitation of, or actively enable the infringement of or unauthorized access to digital media or other protected content. If you sell these products, we may immediately suspend or terminate your selling privileges and destroy inventory in our fulfillment centers without reimbursement. In addition, if we determine that your account has been used to engage in fraud or other illegal activity, remittances and payments may be withheld or forfeited.
Electrical Appliances
You may not sell Electrical Appliances as defined by the Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act without the PSE mark being obligated to conformation to Technical Requirements.

Radio Devices
Various regulations for “Radio Equipment” under the Radio Act apply to radio devices. Sale of radio devices that do not meet the conditions below is prohibited.

Specified Radio Equipment

The product must have Giteki mark to show that it complies with the technical standards.

The product detail page clearly states that the product complies with the technical standards.
Esxamples:

This product is a radio device that meets the technical standards of the Radio Act.

This product is certified for Giteki mark.

This product comes with Giteki mark.

The product detail page shows the frequency band of the radio wave to be used.
Example:

Frequency band: 718MHz to 748 MHz
Designated Radio Equipment (Radio equipment that could be used for illegal radio stations)

The product detail page clearly shows that a license is required to open a radio station.
Example:

To open a radio station using Designated Radio Equipment, you need a license for Radio Station.

The product detail page clearly shows the frequency band of the radio wave to be used.
Example:

Frequency band: 718MHz to 748 MHz
Note: Sellers who sell Designated Radio Equipment must also provide the customers with a post-sales notification as follows:

You need a license for Radio Station to open a Radio Station using Designated Radio Equipment.

If you open a Radio Station without a license, you will be subject to the criminal penalty pursuant to the Radio Act.

Household Goods
You may not sell Household Goods as defined by the Household Products Quality Labeling Act such as washing machines, vacuum cleaners, microwaves and refrigerators, without the required quality disclosure.

You may not sell Specified Products or Specially Specified Products as defined by the Consumer Products Safety Act without the applicable PSC Mark.

Note: (Enforcement date: October 6, 2021) Products that have cylindrical lithium ion batteries are permitted for sale only if they have as many as or fewer batteries required to power the products. Products that have additional/spare cylindrical lithium ion batteries, or cylindrical lithium ion batteries alone are prohibited for sale on Amazon.
