Seller Fulfilled Prime defects report

Seller Fulfilled Prime defects report identifies the Seller Fulfilled Prime orders that missed any of the fulfillment performance requirements for Seller Fulfilled Prime. To download a new report or one of your past reports, visit Seller Central, and click the link listed in the Seller Fulfilled Prime performance section.

The Seller Fulfilled Prime defects report will include:

Order ID

The unique ID of the order.

Order date

The date and exact time when you received the order.

Promised ship date

The date you must ship the order.

Promised delivery date

The delivery date that is promised to the customer.

Actual ship date

The date and time you confirmed shipment of the order.

Carrier first scan date

The date and time when the carrier scanned the package for the first time.

Actual delivery date

The date and time of the first delivery attempt the carrier made.

Note: Amazon considers the order to be delivered on time if the first delivery attempt was made before or on the promised delivery date.

Carrier name

The name of the carrier you selected to ship the order.

Ship method

The carrier’s ship method you selected to deliver the order.

Tracking ID

The tracking ID of the shipment as provided by the carrier.

Unit count

The number of packages shipped.

Ship confirmed late?

This column indicates whether the shipment of the package was confirmed on or before the promised shipped date. The value in this column will be null, if the package was confirmed on or before the promised shipped date and 'x' , if otherwise.

Shipped late?

This column indicates whether the package was scanned by the carrier for the first time after the promised shipped date. The value in this column will be null, if the package was scanned on or before the promised shipped date, and 'x', if otherwise.

Note: Seller Fulfilled Prime packages are considered shipped when the carrier scans the package for the first time, and not when you confirm shipment. When calculating this metric, we take into consideration that carriers might first scan the packages several hours after they are picked up.

Delivered late?

This column indicates whether the package was delivered on or before the promised delivery date. The value in this column will be null, if the package was delivered on or before the promised shipped date, and 'x', if otherwise.

Order canceled by seller?

This column indicates whether or not the order was canceled by the seller. The values in this column will be 'x', if the order was canceled by the seller, and null, if otherwise.

Has Valid Tracking?

This column indicates whether the shipment of the package was trackable or not. The value in this column will be null, if the package had a valid tracking ID, and 'x', if otherwise.
