High-performing sellers with exceptional fulfillment capabilities are now eligible for Seller Fulfilled Prime. To be eligible, sellers must satisfy the following criteria:
Shipping Settings: Sellers must be migrated to the new shipping settings.
Account Type: Sellers must have an account with a professional selling plan, and the account must be active and in good standing.
In addition, sellers must meet or exceed the following performance requirements:
Performance metrics (for the trailing 7 days) that meet or exceed:
A valid tracking ID provided for at least 94% of Seller Fulfilled Prime orders
An on-time shipment rate of at least 96% on Prime orders
A cancellation rate of less than 1% on Prime orders
One-Day and Two-Day delivery speed targets for standard size and oversize products
Nationwide Prime delivery coverage for all standard size products on Prime enabled shipping templates
Weekend operations that are shipping seven days a week including Saturday and Sunday, except public holidays
Sellers whose performance metrics fall below required levels are no longer eligible for Seller Fulfilled Prime, but may continue selling those items on Amazon. Sellers whose metrics improve may be eligible to re-apply for Seller Fulfilled Prime.
If our team approves your Plan of Action, your eligibility to participate in Seller Fulfilled Prime will be restored.
