Next-Day on-time delivery
You are required to deliver on or before the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) for at least 96% of orders placed with the Next-Day Delivery option on a trailing 30-day basis.
Next-Day Delivery will show an Estimated Delivery Date that is one or two business days after the order date. Orders that you receive Monday-Friday before 1:00 p.m. local time will show an Estimated Delivery Date that is one business day after the order date. Orders that you receive after 1:00 p.m. local time on a business day, or on a weekend or holiday, will show an Estimated Delivery Date that is two business days after the order date.
Your carrier should deliver the package to the buyer on or before the Estimated Delivery Date.
Note: If the delivery carrier attempts but fails to deliver a package, it counts as being delivered for the purposes of this requirement. If the status is “returned to depot”, the package is not regarded as “delivered” as there is no delivery attempt by the carrier.
You are required to use a trackable shipping method and provide valid tracking IDs. Your performance metrics must show a minimum of a 94% tracking rate on orders placed with Next-Day Delivery.
Amazon assesses eligibility to offer Premium Shipping options on a trailing 30-day basis. Tracking numbers will be considered valid only if they have at least one carrier scan recorded.
Some shipping services cannot be tracked due to Amazon's system restriction, even if the tracking is available for the carrier. In this case, please use a trackable shipping service or do not offer Premium Shipping Options for those products. When sending confirmation of shipment to Amazon, please use a correct carrier name and enter a tracking number in one-byte.

You can view your performance metrics on your Account Health Dashboard. Open the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool to see your eligibility status.
If you are eligible and would like to offer Next-Day Delivery, go to
> Shipping Settings
, and select Next-Day Delivery as a shipping option.
For Books, Music, Video and DVD products, currently you can offer Next-Day Delivery only if you are using the new Shipping Settings. For other products, you can offer Next-Day Delivery in either settings.
Your eligibility won’t be revoked if the cause is out of your control, such as Amazon’s system failure that considerably decreases your performance.
Only metrics for seller-fulfilled orders are displayed on the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool and only these metrics will be used to calculate your eligibility to offer Next-Day Shipping.
Metrics on the Premium Shipping Eligibility tool may differ from those of your Account Health Dashboard because your Account Health Dashboard shows an aggregate of seller-fulfilled and Amazon-fulfilled metrics.
Performance metrics are calculated and recorded once a day. Metrics on recent orders may not be reflected on this page for at least 24 hours.
If your performance metrics are currently below the minimum thresholds, Next-Day Delivery won't display as an option for your offers. Once you improve your performance metrics, the option will return. For more information, see Next-Day Delivery eligibility revocation.
