セラーセントラルトップ画面下部の「サポートを受ける」をクリックします。
画面切り替わり後、下部の「サポートを受ける」をクリックします。
※画面遷移が異なる場合、こちらをご参照下さい。
画面切り替わり後、「探している情報が見つからない場合は？」＞「お問い合わせ」を選択します。
暗くなっていた左側のお問い合わせ項目が明るくなり選択できるようになる為、「お困りの内容」をクリックして、テクニカルサポートへお問い合わせいただけます。
※小口出品者様はEメールのみご選択いただけます。
※以下は、選択例です。お問合せ内容に合わせ、適切にご選択をお願い致します。
